These Referral Program Terms apply to your participation in the Fluent Home referral program, including any referral links, referral forms, reward offers, account credits, and related customer experiences provided by Fluent Home LLC.
By submitting a referral, sharing a referral link, accepting a referral offer, or using this referral website, you agree to these Terms and to any additional program instructions displayed in the referral experience.
The referral program is intended for current Fluent Home customers in good standing and eligible new customers who meet Fluent Home's service, credit, installation, and account requirements.
Employees, contractors, partners, dealers, affiliates, or other parties connected to Fluent Home may be ineligible or subject to additional restrictions unless Fluent Home confirms otherwise in writing.
A referral is considered successful only after the referred friend completes a Fluent Home installation, the new account remains active through the applicable approval window, and Fluent Home verifies the referral as valid.
Quotes, inquiries, appointments, canceled installs, duplicate submissions, declined applications, unpaid accounts, or accounts that do not complete activation do not qualify as successful referrals.
Eligible rewards are provided as Fluent Home service credits unless a specific offer states otherwise. Credits have no cash value, are not redeemable for cash, and may not be sold, transferred, assigned, or exchanged.
Reward timing can vary based on installation completion, account verification, billing cycles, and internal review. If a reward is approved, Fluent Home may apply the credit to a future bill rather than issuing a separate payment.
Any offer for a referred friend is subject to eligibility, service availability, credit approval, installation completion, applicable service agreements, and the specific offer details presented at the time of signup.
The friend offer may apply as a service credit after activation and may not reduce upfront equipment, installation, tax, or other required charges unless Fluent Home expressly states otherwise.
If the program includes a lifetime monitoring milestone, the milestone is earned only after the required number of qualifying referrals are fully installed, active, approved, and not otherwise disqualified, currently 15 approved referrals for a $10,000 benefit.
Lifetime monitoring refers to covered monthly Fluent Home monitoring service fees for the eligible customer account while that account remains active, in good standing, and enrolled in a qualifying Fluent Home service plan.
Fluent Home may reject referrals, suspend participation, reverse credits, or disqualify participants for activity that appears abusive, fraudulent, misleading, unlawful, or inconsistent with the purpose of the program.
Fluent Home may modify, pause, or end the referral program, reward amounts, milestone requirements, eligibility rules, approval windows, or these Terms at any time, subject to applicable law.
If changes are made, Fluent Home may post updated Terms on this page or provide notice through the referral experience. Continued participation after an update means you accept the updated Terms.
Referral participation may involve submitting personal information about you and, when permitted, the person you refer. You must have permission to share another person's contact information with Fluent Home.
Fluent Home's collection and use of personal information is described in the Fluent Home Privacy Policy. Do not submit information for anyone who has not agreed to be contacted about Fluent Home products or services.
Fluent Home may review accounts, referral history, credits, and reward eligibility to correct errors, verify compliance, prevent abuse, and protect the integrity of the program.
If a credit or reward is issued in error, Fluent Home may adjust, reverse, or recover the credit to the extent permitted by law.
The referral program is provided as a promotional program and does not guarantee account approval, service availability, installation, savings, rewards, or uninterrupted program access.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fluent Home is not responsible for delayed, lost, incomplete, inaccurate, misdirected, or unverified referrals, or for technical issues that affect referral tracking or submission.
